Afghanistan News24: A Baloch separatist group calling itself the “Republic of Balochistan” has issued a new statement sharply criticizing Pakistan’s military and security policies.
In the statement, the group alleged that Pakistan is a key source of regional instability and accused Islamabad of supporting militant groups for years to advance its strategic objectives.The statement also claimed that Balochistan is no longer under Pakistan’s full control and said efforts are underway to establish independent military and administrative structures.
The group called on the international community, as well as India and Afghanistan, to pay attention to its position and take practical steps against Pakistan.
There has been no immediate response from the Pakistani government or military regarding the statement.Baloch separatist groups have been engaged in a long-running conflict with Pakistan’s central government and periodically issue political and military statements.
