Afghanistan News24: Afghanistan national cricket team star spinner Rashid Khan has secured the No.1 position in both T20 International and One Day International bowling rankings in the latest update released by the International Cricket Council (ICC).
According to the latest ICC rankings, Rashid Khan earned the highest rating points in both formats, reaffirming his status as one of the world’s leading bowlers.
In T20 Internationals, fellow Afghan spinner Mujeeb Ur Rahman also entered the list of the world’s top ten bowlers, securing the ninth position.
Meanwhile, in the ODI all-rounders rankings, Azmatullah Omarzai claimed the top spot, while Mohammad Nabi ranked third.
Afghanistan’s national cricket team has shown remarkable progress in international cricket in recent years, with Afghan players consistently achieving leading positions in global rankings.
